About Pete

Pete Wilkinson

Founder & CEO of Reclaro and creator of the 1-3-5® method

Pete's career started 30 years ago in senior management roles in retail, working for a PLC, where he led a team of 300 people with P&L responsibility for a £30m business. He has also run his own, much smaller, retail business.

Today he supports leadership teams in businesses from 25-person engineering companies to software companies with over 4,000 people worldwide, through high-energy interactive masterclasses, consulting with leadership teams and simple software that supports strategy execution.
